Custom DTF Shirts & Personalized Laser Gifts

All custom DTF shirts and personalized laser gifts are made specifically for your order.

All custom orders are final.

·         No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on custom or personalized items.

·         Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and design selections before placing your order.

·         Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized merchandise:

·         No refunds will be issued.

·         Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

·         Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order.

·         To request an exchange, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

·         Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

·         Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

·         Normal wear and tear.

·         Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will replace or exchange the item at no additional cost.
