Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business and work hard to ensure your items are made and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, processing times vary depending on the item.

·         Custom DTF shirts and personalized laser gifts: Processing time is typically 5–10 business days before shipping.

·         Non-custom items: Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipping.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping transit times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

·         We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

·         If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

·         Delayed: Please allow additional time, especially during holidays or severe weather.

·         Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

·         Lost or Damaged During Transit: Contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within the timeframe provided.
